For insurers, assistance companies and TPAs

Start with one defined workstream.

Choose a clinical review, a cost question or a scoped coordination pilot. We agree the requirements, deliverables and responsibilities before any case work starts.

Three ways to begin

A clear first assignment.

These are partnership-scoping options. Confirmed acceptance, scope and commercial terms precede activation.

01

Clinical file review

Start with a specific clinical question on a defined file.

What we agree first
The review question, required speciality, available record types and intended decision. Clinical records are exchanged only after a secure channel is agreed.
What your team receives
A structured review note covering the available evidence, missing information, unresolved questions and next action within the agreed review scope.
Decision authority
Treating clinicians remain responsible for treatment. The payer retains coverage and authorisation decisions.
Discuss a clinical review
02

Cost or invoice review

Start with one estimate, material cost change or invoice query.

What we agree first
The review stage, proposed service scope, estimate or invoice availability, baseline and the payer question. Documents follow through the agreed protected channel.
What your team receives
An itemised query and comparison record, with scope differences, quotation changes, fees and the limits of any net-benefit calculation made explicit.
Decision authority
The authorised payer decides approval limits, coverage and payment. Review does not issue a GOP.
Discuss a cost review
03

Scoped coordination pilot

Test one agreed case pathway before extending the relationship.

What we agree first
The expected case profile, requested locations, roles, service hours, reporting needs and a proposed case boundary.
What your team receives
An agreed pilot protocol, structured case updates, an action log and a close-out review against the measures selected together.
Decision authority
Acceptance and activation follow feasibility, capacity, access and data-handling checks. Urgent-case arrangements are agreed separately.

Cost review method

From the first estimate to a documented comparison.

  1. 01

    Establish the baseline

Record the proposed care, service scope, quantities, quotation assumptions and the payer decision required.

  2. 02

    Review the rationale

Collect clinical information and route medical-necessity or level-of-care questions to the assigned reviewer.

  3. 03

    Query the provider

Clarify inclusions, exclusions, duplicate items and differences from the agreed scope.

  4. 04

    Compare like for like

Separate scope changes from price changes; keep estimates, written limits and invoices distinct.

  5. 05

    Report the net position

Document the comparison, service fees, unresolved queries and the decision required. A lower quotation is not automatically realised savings.

Operating scope

Confirm the fit before activation.

Discuss these requirements with your team. Availability and targets are confirmed for the proposed assignment.

Locations
Requested cities and provider types are reviewed for feasibility before acceptance.
Clinical support
Required review questions, clinician involvement and specialist input are agreed for the selected workstream.
Hours and languages
Service hours, working languages, update targets and any urgent escalation arrangements are confirmed before activation.
Authority and data
Named decision-makers, financial limits, protected communication and permitted information are documented before case work begins.

How to start

From first conversation to an agreed operation.

Four stages make responsibilities and service expectations clear before the first live case.

  1. 01

    Introduction

Share your Türkiye case profile, current coordination challenges and service priorities.

    Output: an agreed starting scope.
  2. 02

    Requirements review

Map case types, geography, clinical reporting, authority limits and commercial requirements.

Output: a proposed operating model and SLA.
  3. 03

    Operational integration

Agree contacts, access roles, data handling, case intake, reporting and escalation. Walk through a sample case before activation.

    Output: a documented partner protocol.
  4. 04

    Go-live & review

Activate the agreed scope, monitor initial cases and review communication, turnaround and closure quality together.

Output: a controlled launch and review plan.

Pilot review

Agree how the first workstream will be assessed.

Select measures together before launch; targets and results must relate to the agreed scope.

01

Information completeness

Required records and outstanding gaps are visible in the review record.

02

Action ownership

Each pending action has an owner and an agreed follow-up point.

03

Cost traceability

Initial estimates, changes, approved limits, invoices and fees remain distinct.

04

Reporting

Updates are assessed against the agreed schedule and escalation triggers.

05

Closure quality

Outstanding clinical, document and invoice queries are listed at close-out.

06

Next decision

Both teams review the initial workstream before agreeing changes or a broader scope.

Start the discussion

Bring one operational question.

Send your business requirements. We will review the proposed fit and agree the next step. Keep patient records and policy documents out of the public enquiry form.
