Provider suitability and actual availability are confirmed for each case. Selection follows clinical requirements, location, cost and payer instruction—not hospital placement incentives.
Partnership scoping covers medical-record and estimate collection, provider follow-up, physician review, cost queries and discharge or transfer coordination.
Tell us the required cities, provider types, service hours and expected case profile. We assess local feasibility and confirm the locations and services we can support before activation. Coverage is agreed for the requested locations and service types during onboarding.
Transport options, provider capacity and any out-of-hours arrangements require separate confirmation. A coverage enquiry does not reserve a provider or activate case coordination.
