Privacy
Website privacy notice.
This notice explains how Avenorbis handles information submitted through its public website and business enquiry channel.
Last updated: 15 October 2026
Information we receive
When you contact Avenorbis, we may receive your name, organisation, business email address, country, enquiry topic and the content of your message. The enquiry form saves business enquiries in the website database and assigns a request reference. Requests are accessible only to the website owner through a protected management screen. The form does not send an automatic email receipt.
How we use business enquiry information
We use this information to respond to partnership enquiries, understand service requirements, arrange discussions and maintain a record of relevant business communications. We retain it only for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes and applicable legal obligations. You may contact us to request deletion or correction. Enquiry status changes are recorded to support operational follow-up.
Website usage measurement
We count public-page views, approximate visits and actions such as opening the contact page, clicking a partner-portal link or attempting a business enquiry. A visit means a new page load and its subsequent navigation. Refreshing the page or opening another tab can start another visit. These counts do not identify unique people.
Measurement uses our website infrastructure. We store daily totals by public page, action, broad referral category and country code when available. We do not store IP addresses, names, email addresses, form fields, full referrer addresses, URL query strings or patient/case information in our usage records. Hosting providers may separately handle technical request data to deliver the site.
Random identifiers used to avoid duplicate counts expire after seven days and are not saved in browser cookies or browser storage. Daily totals are retained for up to 180 days, with expired records removed as new measurements arrive. Usage reports are restricted to the website owner.
You can opt out using the usage measurement control in the footer. Only that choice is saved in this browser’s local storage. We also respect browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Opting out does not affect website access.
Sensitive information
Do not send medical records, diagnoses, passport details, policy documents or other sensitive personal information through the public website or general business enquiry channel.
Operational case data
Authorised partners receive a protected case-intake channel and partner-specific data-processing terms during onboarding. Public case intake remains disabled.
Service providers and transfers
Website hosting, database and business email providers may process limited technical or communication data to deliver their services. Where information is transferred across borders, appropriate contractual and organisational safeguards will be applied as required.
Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your business contact information, or object to its continued use, subject to applicable law and record-keeping requirements.
